I applied online through Handshake and got a call from HR a few days later asking for an interview. I interviewed at their place first with the boss himself. He just asked basic interview questions. I got through the interview and turns out there will be a second interview which I got. The second interview was basically meeting a team leader and going to Starbucks nearby to talk about what Fair Dinkum does and how each positions work. The team leader showed me the pay for each position and how to move up. Afterwords the team leader and I visited one of the Walmarts they retail at and asked if I have any questions or concerns. That's the end of the second interview. The next step is waiting if they want to take you on as an Account Rep and getting a call from the boss or not.

It was pretty short. I did a precursor online interview through a system they had set up. They liked my answers and invited me in to formally interview. Everyone was really friendly and upfront about expectations and roles.
