The interview process involved four stages: first, one with the recruiter in charge; second, a technical assessment through a system; third, a live technical interview; and fourth, an interview with what would have been my manager.
Overall, the process was consistently supported with resources to help candidates prepare better for each stage of the interview process. Everyone was very attentive, open to answering questions throughout the process, and willing to provide feedback about the process itself.

I received a technical assessment which was great; it covered all the main areas of expertise that any Data Analyst should have. This was followed by an interview with HR, involving very attentive and passionate people. Finally, I had a technical interview that included behavioral questions as well as case studies. I was impressed that they provided feedback after the interview to highlight areas for improvement, regardless of whether you are selected. Overall, it was a great experience with true professionals, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

It began with an online assessment, focused primarily on the technical side. After that, a quick HR screening, followed by a technical interview: live coding + hypothetical scenarios and, finally, a derisking interview with senior leadership.
