-3 online tests to sit at home. Numeracy (percentages and algebra word problems), Finance test (easy -if you dont know something you have time to google it), Excel (there is loads of info online and on here already about what you need to know),
-Google chat -what is the difference between IB/IM? what would an investment banker in M&A use factset for?
-Assessment Center -Micro teach presentation (10 min) -was easy and fun; Group activity (20 min to prioritize a list of 10 tasks and then present it); Another excel test which is similar to the first one; A test on the factset platform (universal screening application)
-Situational Judgement Test (will be sent to you to complete at home)
-Final round interview -Questions about your motivations for the role and why factset? Questions about how i would act in different situations (client complaints, not having enough time to help clients), questions about my CV, question about how I would invest 10,000 GBP.

I was a bit thrown off when one of the interviewers asked me if i know any programming..Did not realise knowledge in programming was needed for this role.

Entrevista
Straightforward. You begin with a telephone interview, followed by a group interview with you work on a group project and share a talent/skill you possess. If successful, you will then go through several rounds of interview with hiring manager and other senior stakeholders.

Entrevista
There was an initial virtual interview with HR and then an interview the the manager from the US. HR lady was friendly and was fast to respond to emails. The manager didn’t seem experienced in interviewing, he said so himself and went for someone that didn’t require onboarding training. He said he doesn’t expect knowledge on equity when being quizzed on it but yet the reason for not getting the role was lack of knowledge on it. Was not pleased with this misleading behaviour. The decision felt rushed as they only gave a reply once I emailed so felt like they already had the candidate chosen.
