I applied through campus placement . Compensation was low, but accepted offer because of worst situation of job market. I am B.com graduate and MBA graduates were offered same package.
The interview process is of 2 rounds. One was written test consist of simple aptitude, accounting question and financial statements reading.
Technical rounds duration is 30mins.

Introduction, why n about factset, why not mba, resume based question, and accounting question(Golden rules, depreciation and amortization, Capital n revenue expenditure, eg of current assets and liabitites)
firstly hacker rank assessment, if you qualify after 10 to 15 days will get a mail for technical interview.
after the interview you will know the result by afternoon.
the technical round majorly focuses on financial concepts.
Online Exam, then initial interview with the hr, and lastly panel interview. Exam was more about on financial statements. They will immediately tell you if you pass the interview or not. The HR was nice, but sadly I didn't get the role.

Interview runs very smoothly but the concern was the company looks the education background rather then skills and proficiency in that domine. So please change that remaining all are ok. They did like friendly
