Applied through my school's job posting board and contacted about a week later asking to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was basic HR questions (Why you chose your school, your majors, etc.) as well as just a run through of your resume. Asked a few follow up questions, but nothing too difficult. At the end of the phone interview the HR rep said she would like to have me come down to the office to interview. Two weeks later I went to the office. There were four other candidates. First taken through an introduction to the Factset platform, then taken to five 40 minute interviews with managers (2 from Investment Management, 2 from Brokers/Banks) and the HR person. All basically the same questions seemingly trying to gauge your fit with the company. All relatively laid back, I only ran into one manager who seemed to take the whole thing more seriously than the rest. After the interviews we went out to a really nice lunch with two consultants who seemed happier to just be out to a nice lunch than actually answering our questions. All in all a pretty good, laid back experience. They pushed the people aspect of the firm to an almost nauseating level, so if you focus on that in your answers you should make a good impression on them.
