I got a referral, so relatively quick. Had a skills per screen and got invited to interview onsite. At the end of the interview, managers take interviewees out to lunch for more personal get to know you’s.

Mostly behavioral to gauge customer experience. There is a technical component to gauge excel proficiency.
The first round was a 30 minute screening, with all common behavioral questions and time for questions at the end. Final round: 3 seperate 40 minute interviews, including an Excel assessment.
