I was internally referred for a Sales Manager role at FacilityOS and interviewed twice with the recruiter. After that, communication stopped. For 2 months I followed up by email, phone, LinkedIn, and through my referral - no response. Even my internal supporter could not get a reply from her own HR!! Closure came only after I contacted the CRO directly. Hiring decisions are fine. Lack of communication is not.
