Very informal. Barely covered anything related to my experience or what I could bring to the role. No mention of current projects or the tech I'd be working with. No roadmap, which is worrisome for a company that has been around for years and no one knows of.
Comes across as a very immature company. More interested in hiring friends, reliving wasted days of a mediocre education rather than growing up and working as adults.
Heavily pushed perks of the company and how little work they actually do. Talks of not working on Fridays, instead getting together and playing games to "bond". How they're all super-friendly and it's one big party! I've spent nearly 15 years at the 2 biggest multi-billion dollar game studios the games industry has ever seen. Doing nothing and messing around is not how you generate revenue or attract clients.
If you're lonely and need friends in an aimless job where you'll be pressured into another role with (almost definitely for gaming) low pay... you've found your dream job.
