The interview process went quickly and well. Asked relevant questions to the position. Provided me with a very informative description of job description and requirements. I was interviewed by a Account Executive and the Owner. They were both really nice ladies and straight to the point of what the position entails. They informed me that it would be a lot of work but very rewarding.

If the CEO even meets with you, she'll be texting on the phone the whole time and wont even look at you. Its not a tedious process but you'll be able to determine just from the interview alone that the company lacks structure.

Entrevista
An in person interview, lasted around 15 min in the owners house. Was interviewed by the project manager. Basic interview questions are asked, nothing too difficult. It was easy to find parking as well.
