3 interviews - 1st phone call with HR, 2nd with your potential boss, and 3rd interview is with the head of the department. Very friendly and easy going people and great company culture. HR was clear in explaining the role, what the company does and expectations, and always kept me in the loop of my application process. 2nd and 3rd interviews were relatively easy - the interviewers are very direct and don’t beat around the bush and they don’t ask silly/twisted questions. It felt more like a genuine conversation on getting to know each other, the company, and each other’s expectations. Even if I didn’t get the job, overall it was a pleasant and smooth sailing interview experience at FTI Consulting Singapore.

The interviews went great. The hiring manager and team were so wonderful. I would have taken the job without hesitation, but their HR was so unresponsive. After 5 rounds of interviews I was basically ignored by HR. I randomly heard from them over a month later and asked if I was still interested. I had moved on with interviewing so I was transparent and let them know. Then I heard nothing! It was just so odd. The lack of communication was a big red flag for me.
