Initial discussion with someone from their HR/Resourcing team. 60 minutes. Over Zoom. Relatively informal style. My skill set is in business improvement, but I had the impression they were focused on finding people to join their 'forensic/fraud' team

Typcially 4-5 rounds of interviews - early interview with recruiter, then with a few peers/team members, written exercise then 1-2 informal conversations with partner-level team leads for the final rounds.
fully ghosted, never responded to any emails after. interview was very standard though, no surprises. why you wanna work here, what is your research experience, whats your goals, how do you deal with conflict
Four stages, great people to interact with and passionate about the work they do. First stage is a screening call with a recruiter, second stage is a call with one of the team to talk about your experiences, third stage is a further discussion about experiences focused on technical and fourth stage is meeting the partners (SMDs)
