It was very easy and organized, FTI made sure I felt secure and prepared even though all of the interviews were virtual. None of the questions were particularly out there and everyone treated me with respect.

2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)

Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
