I was interviewed by folks who presented themselves as the best at what they do, however you will discover a lot of the development they do is very outdated. You will see arrogance at its finest. It was also very interesting to see a person interviewing me with absolute no background with my field and I can understand this if he was interviewing me for making sure there is a good culture / personality fit however he was asking detailed questions without really knowing what he was talking about.
