1 on 1 with VP of sales, immediately followed by 1 on 1 with a sales manager. The interview was very easy, they just want to make sure you can carry a conversation. If you say that you are interviewing with a competitor it could help. They love to steal business/employee's from the competition.

The interview process was precise, detailed, and very open. Met with various people and departments in the organization. This really helped to get a feel for who the company was and what their objectives were as a company and for me.
