My interview experience was positive. I applied for a role, but during the first interview, we determined that I was not the best fit due to lack of managerial experience. However, they wanted to keep me on file for later. I did hear back from them and interviewed again. I made it to the third round this time, and there we learned I didn't quite have the Excel chops they were looking for. All the interviews I had were enjoyable discussions. This is a very specialized shop, the people here are smart, and they know exactly what they are looking for.
