I did two phone and one in person interviews. First technical and after with HR. I was contacted telephonically after my online application, after two weeks had a technical interview via skype. Not serious way to perform the selection. In the first iteration of the technical interview they gave me an appointment and they forgot to partecipate. No email, no calls to tell me that the plan changed. We had to set another interview few days later, here, they asked me about my technical background and experiences. After one month from this step I had in person interview with HR. After three months from in person interview I received a very generic automatic replay in which it was written that I have not been selected for an interview (yes, an interview) for this position...Not a serious way to treat people, very bad experience.
