Like normal , first call from recruiter HR , then follow for technical interview with Department head , after that HR Manager again for salary and other benefit . For some cases , they combine technical and HR together.

Technical - about PLC , VFD , and electrical knowledge test questions. and aslo ask to draw a simple control logic for motor and vfd control. Also invite a shopfloor visit and ask question on devices installed in panel such as what devices are used for safety control and what is the PLC module's function and how to check Hardwares are working good or not.
HR - just negotiate the salary , and other benefits .
