Interviewed on the phone first, came in for a second in person interview where I met managers and staff. The interview lasted around 2.5 hours, but felt very thorough and everyone seemed very nice. I met with HR first, then took a timed IQ and personality test, then proceeded to meet with two managers and one potential co-workers. There would have been a second in-person interview had I been asked to come in. It came down to me and one other person who had more of a background in the field for which I was applying. I didn't end up getting the position, but the interview process seemed very thorough and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
