A short conversation over the phone where the boss explained the workings of the company and his lack of understanding​ of the business. I was asked no questions. I did a 2 week trial in which i was unsure of my suitability for the role but was persuaded to continue working there. I get the feeling that he didn't really know what kind of employee he needed or perhaps he would just take on anyone at that time and didn't feel like a formal interview was necessary.
