First round is a written paper followed by a group discussion. Then an HR and technical interview after which the final round is held with the country head. The whole process takes about 5 rounds in total. There is a wait of about 1-2 months for the final decision.

They just reject high CGPA students from first round itself (Hard to believe, but true)!!! The company thinks that candidates with good acads might be planning for higher studies and therefore, might not continue with the company in future, so they don't even care to interview such candidates :/ They don't want to pay you more, but they still want you to remain with the company for at least 5 years though they already have bond for 2 years. I don't know what goes in their minds.
