Entrevista
It was easy process. Talk with four people and then the cofounder and ceo. The coding question was easy. The human source interview was also easy and straight forward. I also talked with software engineering team.

A recruiter reached out to me. I had initial phone conversation with VP of Engineering. Then onsite technical interviews with a few engineers at their Mountain View Office. Then the VP got back to me saying that they want to make an offer and then an interview with CEO. I had interview with CEO and he sent me all the benefits information. Then they started ignoring me. Even it is very unfair to the recruiter and he was kept in the dark and kept pinging me asking if I heard back anything regarding the offer. They say multiple times that they are "transparent" during the interview and I find them to be most non transparent. They cannot be trusted for whatever they say during the interview process. They were totally disrespectful of my valuable time. Only good for interview practice and to hone interviewing skills.

Several probing questions on UVM.
Questions on my experience and went deep into those technical details about problems I solved in my prior experiences.

CEO should not interview candidates in his pajamas. It's really disrespectful to others. Maybe he thinks meeting room is his bedroom. To me it's actually hilarious. Technical interview is not challenged at all.

Basically introduction of how bright the company future looks like. Seems they are desperate to bring in people.
