The interview had 4 rounds. 1. Online test
2. Face-to-Face technical round (1)
3. Face-to-Face technical round (2)
4. HR round
I cleared round 1 and 2 which were most tough. I still don't understand why I didnt get shortlisted in 3rd round. By mood only he seemed not interested to select me.
Very easy process. Just be the confidence. Office culture is hybrid more over depends on your project. Using almost all the latest technology. Getting experience in FIS would make you to work anything places after it. That much strong you can become after joining. But hikes are low.

Entrevista
Interview was conducted in 3 rounds, first the technical, second techno manager, third was the director round. HR are very approachable and helpful. I was interviewed for senior software engineer position with 6 holding 6 years of experience in c++.
