FIS is aggressively sending third party recruiters from at least 9 different companies. The recruiters will not give any information until the screen, where they will ask you if you’re ok with a major pay cut.

What employees are required to remain with the same company?
The interview process typically consists of an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by one or more technical interviews to assess problem-solving, coding, and data engineering skills. This is usually followed by a behavioral or managerial round focusing on experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
