Covid era virtual hiring process- I received an initial video screening with the recruiter to go over my resume and the basics of the position, then a few days later I had two video interviews with the team I would be working with. The whole interview process was great, and I got excited about the opportunity to work with such a progressive team. I was ghosted. 9 months later, and I still am "under review"
