Met with team members that were accepting and knowledgeable about the position. They were friendly and experts in ways to interview others; showing empathy and apathy when needed. Good communication and feedback in the interview process.

First, I got an email from the Recruiting manager. Though I was referred by an employee, the process was the same as any other job application methods. I received job description and replied with my resume. Then, the interview with the Team manager was appointed. Team manager and Director(expected supervisor) were present. The interview was ordinary or usual as one would have anticipated.
