      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FIS (Pune) en abr 2017

      Entrevista

      A very unprofessional interview process! I had applied on their site and got a call. 1st round was telephonic for almost an hr(technical) and i got through. Then I was asked for in person interview where manager had discussion with me for 15 mins (including Salary expectations and all) followed by 1 hr of technical discussion with 3 other team members. All went fine. It was testing specialist role for automation using UFT. I was happy post interview as it went fine. Then no calls/mails from HR. I followed up with HR and then she asked me for salary details to which i told my expectations which she said are on higher side and will get back to me post discussion with senior managers and then boom.. No reply from her for 2 weeks. I dropped her mails but no reply. Remember this is FiS; so I was lil hesitant on giving other interviews since i quiet liked the role and company reputation, I was told by HR my technical rounds were clear its only Salary which is impacting decisions. Again calling her after 2 weeks she mentioned the interview panelist is on 'leave' and she will get back once he is back. I waited for couple of weeks then dropped her follow up again but alas no response. Then I changed subject and followed up again and the only response i get is there are CTC issues and we will not be able to match your expectations !! This is so unprofessional. She should have told me earlier if that was the case. Wasted my 5 weeks of critical time for no reason. When Salary was discussed in in person interview itself!! FiS; pls improve!
