      It was a rather simple and easy interview as I was transferring from another department within the company. We had a brief conversation with the current supervisor and she asked me a few questions, and that was basically about the length of about 30 mins.

      Entrevista

      The day I applied for this position via the FIS website, I was sent a text message to participate in a self-paced interview over text messaging. I opted to participate, then I received various questions by text and responded to each one, as instructed. There were only about 6-8 questions in the interview. They asked things like, "Can you work these specified hours?", "Is the pay of $X/hr okay with you?", "Are you willing to return to the office if instructed?", and more similar questions. I answered each question honestly, and was informed at the end that my response was submitted. A couple of days later, I received an email inviting me to participate in an assessment for the position. I navigated to the link in the email and logged in, then began what was referred to as a "Virtual Job Tryout". This VJT involved several different parts: A customer service scenario assessment, A few sample calls between a customer and an agent And the final portion was a type of personality/workplace behavior assessment. The whole VJT took about 35-40 minutes, was very thorough, and helped me learn more about the position I was applying for. Once that was completed and submitted, I just had to wait for a response from my recruiter. About a week later, my recruiter got in touch with me via text. He wanted to perform a confirmation call before moving forward with my hiring process. However, his phone wasn't working, so we conducted the confirmation over text. He asked me the same questions from my initial interview, and I answered. Once finished, he emailed me my offer letter and some onboarding paper work that I needed to sign digitally. Once this was done, I moved onto the background check and drug screen steps. All in all, the interview/hiring process wasn't overly complicated, and the interview was quick and simple. The VJT was the longest part of the process, and I enjoyed it because I was able to demonstrate my capabilities and learn more about the company and the role I was applying for.

      Entrevista

      Very thorough interview pertaining to the position . Pretty much behavioral questions and I was extremely impressed with the supervisor con ducting the interview. The interview process was done virtually and I got a great idea as to what the department contributes to the organization.
