Entrevista
The interview process begins with a brief screening call in which the manager gets a better idea about your background. Once is has been decided that you are in fact qualified for the role, you may be invited to an in-person interview.
During the interview the manager spoke about the organization and the position.The manager then ask one thing only. (See Interview questions).
Pros
-Nice office building w/ security desk
-Friendly staff
-Learned a lot about the company.
Cons
-Wasn't asked enough questions
-Manager appeared to be looking for experience when the position was meant to be an entry level position
