almost completely behavioral. the first round was just an intro with HR. the second round was with managing directors for the specific department i was interviewing for. we reviewed my resume and he asked the classic behavioral questions -- name a time you dealt with an issue on a project and how did you respond. also a question about my writing process with essays just because they write pretty lengthy reports and you need to have good writing skills.

A friend recommended me for the position, went to an basic interview going through my resume. I had very little experience in anything finance and my major was not relevant. I explained how my personal investing skills would be relevant. Got an email about 3 weeks later to be hired.
One online interview, 2-3 interviewers from various departments. Will explain process to you at beginning, as well as mention which group you'd do well in (on application you can select multiple, and you will likely be assessed for multiple during that one online interview).
They were very professional and friendly!
it was long and took months. recruiters take along time to respond / don’t respond at all at times. you have to be diligent with follow ups. I was left on delivered on email for like 5 messages and basically got the job i think because i bugged them a lot
