I applied online and a month later I did an over the phone interview with the Exam manager. A month afterwards I went in for another interview with 2 Exam Mangers. There were mostly behavioral questions and how my education and past experiences would help with the internship. A couple of weeks later there was a phone interview with the director and a month afterwards I received an offer.
