There were three interviews, one with HR, one with the team and one with the manager. It went well for the most part but I was a bit disappointed that even after asking a candidate to commute there (to basically repeat one of the interviews that went well online) and after a process that took two months and a lot of exchanges, I was disappointed because they ghosted me at the end of the process. Multiple emails sent and answered phone calls, they decided to simply disappear. very unprofessional.
