There was an interview with one of the managers, and then a screening with the HR representative. If invited in for an in person interview then you meet with the IT team you would be working with. In my interview I met with a manager first, and then each following interviews were with five people. I met with two people twice, and then finally with the CAE. During the interview process people were very rude, making unprofessional comments about my resume, and weren't paying attention to what was on the actual resume, but instead, brought their own biases into the interview. They're looking for someone with heavy technical capability (a true hands on IT person), yet, this isn't advertised in the job profile. If you don't have heavy tech ability, they say that it doesn't matter, but it does. The team is small and the IT side is used to work on operational audits, and occasionally the operations side will assist with IT audits. I've never wanted to walk out of an interview but this was one where I did.
