They just never get back to the candidates. After few rounds of interviews, they said that the decision will be made and I will be notified within a week or two. I've waited more than two weeks and heard nothing so contacted them in order to check my status but they just did not respond. I see that this is not the case for me only. Their hiring process is very unprofessional.
