Unfortunately, I had a ghosting experience during the interview process. Before the interview, they requested answers to a screening questionnaire with 11 questions. The initial interview on the phone was straightforward and provided a helpful overview of the process. After the phone interview, I never heard from them again, even with a follow up email from me.
