After a phone interview and two home exercises, they got back to me after like 10 days from my submission, just saying in 3 lines that they won't have proceeded forward. I think that providing a good feedback instead of 3 lines of nothing would have at least showed some care for the candidate instead of this total disrespect for your (my) time.
