Entrevista
The process began with a phone interview with the HR Manager. He was pleasant with his approach. He was easy to talk to. He informed me that his questions were based on a questionnaire that apparently provides enough information to determine whether candidate moves to the next level. The questions were straight forward.
The interviewer expressed his concern with the commute. In fact, the commute was the first item to be discussed before the actual interview. I applied for this position with the understanding that it would be in the Columbia, MD location (as stated in the online description). To my surprise, the position was actually in Linthicum, MD - that was the deal breaker.

Project meeting notes are prepared electronically using a template. Are you able to take notes using a laptop? Would you have a problem with that?

Entrevista
First had a phone interview, then a Skype interview, then was called in for a in-person interview. Pretty long process, but they were very thorough. One interview required to go through each program they use and describe your proficiency in it. They describe their position as no administrative tasks, but it does include admin work.
