Similar story as other candidates. I upload my cv for Business Analyst in the UK. And I quickly got a phone call from them and said to me that they have limited number of candidates for sponsorship and asked me to switch to APAC. Then I had the interview and passed it. After this, I was invited to assessment centre. Three day before the Business analyst APAC assessment centre, I had a phone call from HR said to me that, there was no demand for Business analysts in APAC and asked me whether i would be happy to change to application support analyst. Even i said yes but thought this is really unprofessional to change candidate's role around during the application process. During the assessment day, same as other candidates said, simple tests. There was only one interviewer and we had 10 candidates. These candidates who had interviews at the beginning of day had nearly 20-30 mins talk with the interviewer. I was the last one to be interviewed and only had 5-10mins interview with few questions. There was no change to illustrate myself much.
