For any graduates looking for a job, please do not consider FDM, Low salary, work that is really out of your control, The interview process was smooth, and if anything was too easy for this to be a job I would consider seriously, please do not sell yourself short. FDM should be treated as a last resort job that you apply to if you are desperate. After a phone interview I was already given salary guidelines and told to complete an assessment which I chose to ignore.
