Phone interview followed by assessment centre Assessment centre consisted on 3 test gcse maths ven diagrams and multiple choice IT test Also 3 interviews very brief with 3 different people around 5-10 minutes each and they ask you 4 questions Such as "is organisational change a good thing" , "what would some one who knows you say you are good at" , "your strengths and weaknesses" The interviewers cannot ask you to elaborate ect so you need to tell them as much as you can once they ask you the question and try and cover all angles
