They found my CV on CV-Library and approached me about their Graduate Programme. I did a video interview (Sonru), and upon passing attended an Assessment Day. This day consisted of three aptitude tests, and three face-to-face interviews, along with presentations on the company. The tests revolve around GCSE Maths, general IT knowledge, and set notation and Venn diagrams.
