CV and cover letter were required in the initial application stage. Then after passing that, the next stage was a phone call with someone from human resources who asked a few technical questions, but they were mainly trying to see your suitability for the roll.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.
