An Account Manager contacted me to set up a phone interview. It was around 10-15 minutes long where they asked what do I know about FDM and why do I like IT. It was very simple and straight forward if you did a little bit of homework beforehand. They got back to me in a few days to set up a date to come in office for assessment.
Assessment day was roughly 5 hours long and consists mainly of an aptitude test and a 1-on-1 interview with one or more account managers. One hour was given to complete the technical exam. If you browse throughout the interview feedback written by other individuals here, a few of their questions did appear on my exam that day.
After the exam, you await to be called by one of the account managers to conduct an interview with you. For the most part, they were fairly standard questions with little to no technical questions for me. The interview took 10 minutes at most.
That last question is a big one for them. It was asked at the very beginning of the day where we had to introduce ourselves and why we liked IT and came up again during interviews. There were a few individuals who had more than one interview and/or had a technical interview. These were probably for the applicants who applied for becoming a developer because a couple of them had to write code on the spot.
Personally, I only had one interview which went relatively fast and was contacted within 2 days congratulating me for passing the assessment.
