I applied for the role online. After 2 or 3 days a recruiter called me and we had a conversation about myself and my skills and experience. After that, he was happy to send me over an online interview which i had the very next day. The interview was not live, they had some prerecorded questions (typical interview questions) and the process was quite easy.

A recuiter at FDM will contact you and confirm your willingness, in other words they'll ask you about if your willing to relocate for a few months and to also inform you that the training process is unpaid.
After that you will be sent a video interview for you to complete.. they will asesse your answer through their 7 criterias

phone interview, technical test and video interview. first I had a telling interview with the HR he asked me about my projects and then explained to me that I will have a 2-year contract and I can not cancel it. then he asked me some questions about what is primary key in SQL and what are different kinds of the joint in SQL table.
