Entrevista
Quick and easy process. Initial phone interview is there just to check you can talk about technical abilities etc. The assessment day includes 3 tests of about 45mins including computer aptitude (e.g. acronym knowledge, sums, verbal reasoning), Set/Venn diagram test (instructions included) and maths (no algebra, just long multiplication/division).
Verbal interview consisted of 3 five minute interviews- no technical questions, only buzzword knowledge required.
I spoke to some employees currently enrolled in the program who improved my outlook on the FTM model. Even though its not ideal to be locked in for 28 months, it does provide a solid career starting point.

Entrevista
Had a telephone interview with them. Was then invited to an assessment day in Edinburgh, wasn't particularly difficult. Filled out a multiple choice test which was the same for everybody, so if you don't know any programming you will probably struggle, I assume they mark it differently though depending on the role you are applying for. Standard enough interview questions (strengths, when did you work in a team, things like that). There was also an exercise where you listened to a guy talk to a client about a mortgage and you had to take notes on it.

I don't remember there being any technically challenging questions. Just make sure to have an answer for what is your greatest strength and questions of that sort which you should be ready for no matter what the interview is for.
