Five levels, phone interview, prerecorded skype interview, aptitude test, technical interview, skype interview. Did not go to NYC for training day since I was remote, in school. People were very friendly and HR recruiter always got back to me right away.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
