Easy phone interview, online video interview- very standard again and easy assessment centre. However, they assign you to a placement client over the 2 year period which could be any company in any place, it is more like a glorified recruiter than an actual company.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
