Unsystematic, disorganised, strange. Very quickly got a video interview, but was then declined also shortly. No idea why the salary was mentioned in the first place in previous 'phone interview'.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
