The interview process what split into stages. 1) Basic telephone interview 2) Video interview 3) Assessment day. Now the assessment day is hard, in lengthy. You have 4 different exams I was only informed about 3. So double check, 1) A 1 hour (Aptitude test) IQ IT based test, if you're new to IT research languages such as Java that's what the company codes in. This was fairly easy but also different, they ask a question like ( If May is to February, what is November to ... ) All questions had multiple choice 2) Venn diagrams, you get given a basic booklet to help I've never done these before maybe it's my age.. but practice this bare in mind you'll be using a tablet. 3) Half an hour maths test done on a tablet with no calculator. If you struggle with maths, the top tip goes through the questions first answer the ones you know and study factors. Don't panic and don't rush work up until they say submit. 4) verbal reasoning it's a game, you read stuff and answers questions within a time limit. The interviews are fast paced and easy, just be confident in yourself. If you've never had interviews before they are different. You can tell who is the most senior because they explain their role. Men wear a tie, women make sure to cover your chest area, also the place has AC so don't worry about it being too hot.

The interview was tedious. It relied on these weird strength questions that seemed to be designed for me to just repeat what was on my CV. It was time consuming yet fairly trivial.
