Entrevista
1) Initial call (phone interview) from HR personnel to check up on your basic communication ability and language proficiency.
2) assessments (it/biz, logic, mathematical)
3) face-to-face interview (mine was 1-to-1) with member(s) of Sales team (Account Managers), mine even be on the same day as the assessments.
4) possibility of 2nd interview round (from what I heard)
5) accepted at scheduled to join training course (courses are every 4-6 weeks)

Entrevista
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
Thier margins are thin
