Sehr kurz nach absenden der Bewerbung kam eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview. Dort gab es Fragen zum Lebenslauf, warum man in die IT möchte und warum bei FDM. Auf englisch die Frage nach den Hobbies und persönlichen Stärken.
Im AC gab es einen Fähigkeitstest (fehlende Symbole), ein Interview und man sollte ein Flowchart zu einer Kaffeemaschine präsentieren.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Warum IT? Warum FDM? Stärken und Schwächen, Fragen zu Situationen aus der Vergangenheit in denen man xy gemacht hat.
For the last round, the interview was in two parts. In the first part, it was more of behavioral response questions. The second had more technical questions, which did not test programming skills, but rather put more emphasis on algorithms and problem-solving questions.

Entrevista
Interview with account manager, recruiter, and trainer via zoom, around 3 hours and reaffirmed alot of points addressed in both the phone and video interview.
Account manager aske questions about why I want to work for FDM and in the IT industry, pretty standard stuff.
Trainer asked some basic coding related questions, no actually coding though, just more about basic logic and concepts.

Entrevista
Starts with a phone interview to get to know you.
Then a video interview with the usual interview questions.
If that is passed then you will be asked to complete a couple of tests.
if you pass the tests you are asked to an interview day for final interviews.
